Would Interview Skills Coaching benefit you?
Thinking about how best to prepare for an upcoming interview ?
Unsure about how to deliver focused competency based answers without rambling?
Need to stand out from the crowd in a competitive environment?
Many people struggle with interviews. It is only natural to experience nerves, however for some, this negative energy becomes such an issue that they don't do themselves justice in front of a panel.
Perhaps you are someone who hasn't been in an interview situation for years. Maybe you have a tendency to ramble on and on without structuring your answers. My interview skills coaching sessions are highly personalised and designed to give maximum results in just two hours.
It is important to try to see the interview process from the panel members point of view. The easier you make it for them to remain engaged whilst you cleanly and clearly deliver your answers, the more likely that you will be successful
Impact of Interview Skills Coaching
Currently I seem to be on a winning streak - 9 of the last 10 people I have helped have been successful. (July 2017) Something that I am extremely proud of. I feel my background in sales, combined with my training experience really helps people build confidence and project their key "selling points".
In a supportive 1:1 coaching environment I will work with you on the HOW and the WHAT of interviews. By completing the pre-work I will send you we can make the most of the time available. Most people take a 2 - 3 hour session in order to fine tune their interview skills.
Good morning Jo,
Not sure if you remember me but you gave me 2 hours of Interview skills coaching on the bank holiday Easter Monday!!! Well I had my interview on Tuesday after a long wait and was told later that evening that I got the post! Clinical Nurse Specialist in Spinal Disorders. To say I am thrilled is an understatement this is not just a wonderful position for my career but also a wonderful change for me and my family. I honestly know I would never have had the courage or skills to go for this of it wasn't for your wonderful training, so for that, thank you from the bottom of my heart. I have been recommending you to anyone who will listen!
Again thank you for the skills that I feel will last me a lifetime, and hopefully our paths will cross gain soon! (Janet, Our Ladies Children's Hospital)
I just wanted to let you know that I got placed 8th on the National Panel for the Grade V Portfolio Management Office. I cannot believe how well I did. Thanks again for your help it has definitely paid off. There are 9 CHO areas so there will be 9 posts.
Thanks again Jo, you are really are inspiring. (Annette, Saolta Hospital Group)
Miracles do happen Jo!!
I heard today I got the job!!!!!
I'm beyond delighted, so thank you so much! I'll def be keeping you on speed dial for the next one!!! (Catherine,Talaght Hospital)
Hope you are keeping well! Just thought you might like to know, I decided to apply for jobs in the NHS after all instead of the HSE jobs in Dublin. I ended up getting an interview, did just one interview and got the job!
Definitely went 100% better than any other of my hospital interviews, and completely think it was down to your training. I recorded myself and practised over and over. I was 10 times more confident and think my personality came across far better.
I was delighted that I had made the decision to go to you9 as I knew I had the capability for the jobs I was applying for but it wasn't coming across in interview. You gave me great reassurance and confidence.
Thanks for your help, you are very good at what you do! (Aoife, Galway University Hospital)
